Shinjuku Stay

Apartment is in a good location - many restaurants and shops nearby, and there are two train stations that are only a few minutes walk away. Unit is on the eighth floor - the top floor of building. Elevator access efficient as there are few units in building.

Not good

We showed up and the place was filthy and smelly. After complaining to the host, 45 minutes later someone showed up to clean. There was not a single chair, only two thin little towels, no bathroom rug or bathmat, no shower curtain, very uncomfortable beds. We left early and got a refund. I do not recommend this place, though I will say the neighborhood is great.

I'm sorry to hear that you've arrived at the venue's physical report, and that you're in the scenic area of ​​the heated gate area. However, since the office was not clean, the situation was not clear, but the clean staff was still in the office.

Not great

Apartment was very hard to locate, we got to the address without an issue but t the was no details to tell us to go down an alley way, and the lockbox was in a different position. They need photos to guide guest to the door. The property smells of b/o, bedding on the mattress on the floor was very old mattress and pillows were uncomfortable and need replacing. Other beds were fine.No tea, coffee or jug and only a few utensils that were kept in a cup that looked worse for wear. This property needs a deep clean not only in the apartment but the balcony as well. Which had a makeshift clothesline and hangers on it but it was dirty. I would not recommend this place but the location was great.

Thank you for your feedback. We clean the room before each guest's stay, and the smell you noticed may be from the tatami mats. As the balcony is outdoors, some dust may accumulate, we will take your comments and improve our cleaning efforts. The kitchen is equipped with basic amenities such as an electric kettle for your convenience. We sincerely apologize for any discomfort you experienced during your stay, and we will work on enhancing our management.
