320 m2 L shaped Villa with artistic architecture.
4 Bedrooms and 2 Living rooms,
Our quiet Villa is with a large private swimming pool we have fruit trees where you can enjoy to collect depending of the season Lemon,Tangerine,Orange and Bananas, There is a Gazebo where you can enjoy the breeze in the sunny times of the day. There is a BBQ with Kitchenette and a Pool Bar in the garden,
Downstairs open plan living room with kitchen and there are 2 bedrooms one with an ensuite.
Upstairs is one spacious living room with small kitchen and bar and large terrace and a large Bedroom with walking wardrobe and ensuite.
There is another Hobby room facing the sea and the garden.
A small beach in 5 minutes walking distance and also if you like swimming in the sea, snorkelling or fishing from the rocks.
Minibuses to the city centre available up the street of 2 minute walk. Supermarkets, hotels and casinos and hospitals are all around.
There is bakery for fresh bread and also natural food and fruit market is also walking distance.
There is also a market to order by phone.

Very nice place, but might need some dedicated maintenance

Spacious villa with a beautiful garden and a refreshing swimming pool. We went there with a family group of nine (age: 16 to 81) in total and enjoyed 12 lovely days. Check-in and handover was well organised (we were warmly welcomed by a smile and a bottle of wine), the place was tidy and clean. Everybody felt at home immediately - so this is a mansion where the young as well as the elderly generation can have a great time. When we arrived, there was some stuff missing (i.e. not enough towels and cutlery for the whole squad), but our host Arda and his house manager Ediz were extremely helpful and provided immediate solutions. During our stay, we had to deal with some minor defects (e.g. pool illumination did not work, one of the three sanitary facilities was broken and the air conditioning in one room leaked) which couldn't be resolved due to local bank holidays and no craftsperson available to fix the issues. Overall, this didn't cause major constraints and we had a lovely vacation. Some dedicated maintenance staff for the place might be a reasonable addition, though.

Beautiful villa, peaceful location!

We stayed here from the 10th Aug-24th Aug. The villa is lovely, spacious and in a very peaceful area. Arda was very helpful, he helped us arrange our car hire and airport transfer (GUNEYHAN Rent A Car - 100% recommend!) , he was on hand to answer any questions that we had. The villa had everything you could need, it has a great sized pool (would advise you use clear sun sprays), a great shaded area for those who don't like to sit in the sun all day and such amazing views from the upstairs balcony. All in walking distance is a lovely bakery, supermarkets and a family friendly bar/restaurant (The Lodge - which we also recommend). We would like to thank Arda for the rental of his holiday home. If you are looking for a stress free and relaxing holiday, this is the place to come! Northern Cyprus is beautiful. Thank you Arda, we had a fantastic time!
