The place was not as advertised. It was a one bedroom but we paid for two bedrooms. We couldn’t stay there so we got another place through VRBO, assuming they’d have our back since the host wasn’t telling the truth. We have yet to get our refund and I’m going to stay away from this platform.

Der Inhaber ist ein sehr netter Spanier und die Kommunikation mit ihm war sehr gut. Die Wohnungen sind architektonisch ansprechend gestaltet und die Lage ist auch sehr gut. In 10 Gehminuten erreicht man einen sehr guten Supermarkt (Pingo Doce) und in 20 Gehminuten ist man am Apollonia-Bahnhof und von dort dann auch gleich am Tejo.So viel zum Positiven. Die Wohnung, die wir gebucht hatten, war noch im Umbau. Für die ersten beiden Nächte haben wir die grössere Maisonette-Wohnung erhalten, die uns gut gefallen hat. Danach mussten wir in eine zu kleine Wohnung umziehen - 2 Zi, Kü, Bad für 3 Erwachsene und 2 Teenager Jungs, der Vermieter hat noch ein Klappsofa in die Küche gestellt, die damit auch voll war. Er hatte uns in Aussicht gestellt nach einer Nacht in der kleinen Wohnung noch eine zweite kleine Wohnung dazu zu bekommen. Daraus ist aber bis zum Ende der Reise nichts geworden und wir hausten somit in einer Wohnung, die kleiner war, als die, die wir gebucht hatten. Dem Vermieter gehört im übrigen das gesamte Wohnhaus. Was beide Wohnungen gemein hatten war, dass sie ziemlich schmutzig waren (die Böden schlecht gewischt, im Bad noch Haare vom Vermieter und die Silikonfugen der Dusche verschimmelt). Im Schlafzimmer hatte ein Vormieter geraucht und der Rauch hatte sich in den Gardinen und den Bettdecken festgesetzt. Lt. Vermieter hatte ihn die Putzfrau versetzt und er musste daher selber putzen. Außerdem sahen die Möbel so aus als ob sie vom Sperrmüll zusammengesucht wurden.

Die Wohnung ist wundervoll. Das Stadtviertel ist relativ dreckig, aber die Restaurants waren trotzdem super. Anbindung an die Innenstadt mit den Öffentlichen sehr gut. In den Duschen war Schimmel, der sich leicht lösen ließ. Beim Geschirr war Mäusekot und -Urin. Auf dem Kühlschrank und unter dem Bett war sehr viel Staub. Die Handtücher waren recht müffig. Bei der Abreise haben wir noch eine tote Kakerlake gefunden.

Der Vermieter hat uns bei der Ankunft gesagt das unser gebuchtes Apartment nicht zur Verfügung steht wegen Bettwanzen im Zimmer mit Etagenbetten. Deshalb hat er uns zwei Apartments als alternative angeboten eins im Erdgeschoss und eins jeweils im Dachgeschoss mit je einem Doppelbett und einem Schlafsofa. Da wir aber als Familie verreist sind mit 4 Kindern unter 10 Jahren kam das für uns nicht in Frage als ich ihn gebeten habe unser Geld zugeben damit wir nach einer anderen Unterkunft schauen können meinte er nein das müssen wir über FeWo machen dies habe ich versucht ging leider nicht. Dann kam noch hinzu das das Zimmer in Erdgeschoss erst um 13 Uhr fertig sein wird obwohl Check In um 12 Uhr war. Dort angekommen um 13:40 Uhr sahen wir zwei Putzfrauen am bügeln er habe ihnen nicht Bescheid gegeben dass wir das Apartment ab 13:00 Uhr haben dürfen. Am Ende sind wir nur in das untere Apartment geblieben, denn in dem oberen gab es Kakelarken im Bad.

L'appartement est très bien situé, à proximité du tram 28, grand, lumineux, deux belles chambres, la propreté en général est à revoir (mouton de poussière sous les lits, sol abimé, tiroirs non nettoyés, douche bouchée car les cheveux n'ont pas été enlevé) mais surtout notre séjour a été entaché par des punaises de lit situé dans le grand au lit double. Nous avons averti le propriétaire, sans réponse de sa part. Dommage.

Nous n'etions visiblement pas attendus!!!

Nous n'avons reçu aucune information avant, personne ne nous attendait, le propriétaire ne repondait ni à nos appels, ni à nos messages. L'appartement n'a pas ete nettoyé, les draps et linge pas changé. Un peu stressant quand on arrive dans une ville étrangère en fin de journée !

Basic, but good!

No frills, but clean and comfy. Of all my rentals for this trip, FINALLY some soft, high thread count sheets! I slept like a baby in the queen bed. Lots of towels provided as well! Good location with view of the ocean!

enttäuschend!

Leider eine lieblose Unterkunft in schlechtem Zustand (Schimmel/Rost im Bad, zerbrochenes Schlafsofa, defekte Elektrik). Ein Wasserrohrbuch (dem Vermieter offenbar bereits bekannt) in der darüberliegenden Wohnung führte zu akutem Wassereinbruch im Bad und Ausfall der Elektrik. Nutzung des Bades nicht möglich. Keine Reaktion des Vermieters bei versuchter Kontaktaufnahme. Schlechte Schallisolierung - störende Nachbarn.

Bien situé

Notre hôte était très serviable et de bon conseil. L appartement était propre confortable et joliment agencé. Il est situé proche du centre de Graça.Malheureusement les locataires des 2 étages supérieurs étaient très bruyants et nous avons passé une nuit blanche malgré l intervention de notre hôte.
