Welcome to 56V3 by AlgarveManta, a charming V3 dwelling located in Manta Rota, just a few minutes walk from the sea, ideal for families, couples or groups of friends looking for comfort and tranquility in the Algarve.



This spacious accommodation is distributed over two floors and accommodates up to 6 people, offering 3 comfortable bedrooms with a total of 5 beds (one double and four single), ensuring a relaxing stay for all guests. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living and dining room, a fully equipped independent kitchen, and a bedroom with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. From this area, there is access to a pleasant outdoor patio that surrounds the house, facing south and north, with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals and family gatherings.



On the first floor, the remaining two bedrooms are located, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, as well as a family bathroom with a bathtub. The circulation area provides access to a generous west-facing terrace, ideal for relaxing at the end of the day.



The kitchen is equipped with all essential appliances, including a combined refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, capsule coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a vast selection of utensils. The accommodation also has air conditioning in all rooms, fiber Wi-Fi and MEO TV, ensuring comfort and connectivity throughout the stay.



Located between 450 and 650 meters from Manta Rota Beach, the property benefits from an excellent location, with the village center, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and other services about 200 meters away. Nearby, it is possible to explore the Ria Formosa Natural Park or enjoy golf courses such as Quinta da Ria and Monte Rei Golf.

Smart Villa near to everything

I know the village well and the accommodation is well placed near the local supermarket, bars and restaurants and a short walk 10 mins from the beach Even though there were insect repellents we still had a no of visitors into the property which was a little uncomfortable

Schönes Haus an zentraler, ruhiger Lage

Das Haus ist gut in Schuss, hat eine neuwertige Küche und Bäder und Betten mit guten Matratzen. Schöner Garten mit BBQ. Zum Meer 10 Minuten zu Fuss, in 5 Minuten ist man bei den Restaurants. Manta Rota hat einen schönen, kilometerlangen Sandstrand. Abends wie üblich in Portugal ein wenig Musik der Nachbarn und bellende Hunde, hat aber nicht gestört.
