Luca was a great host and made check in really easy, and gave us lots of top tips. The location of the apartment is perfect for getting to all the key sights in Florence. The apartment is well equipped and perfect for a few days in the city, importantly great shower and comfy bed!My only negative is the noise from the square at night, if you are a light sleeper, this may not be the spot for you. But this is not a reflection on Luca and the lovely apartment.

Beautiful and romantic spot for exploring Firenze

Luca was wonderful to answer all of our questions promptly. The room had a wonderful view of piazza signoria. We loved the elevator to our floor and the wonderful whirlpool tub! We also were glad for the mini fridge and kitchenette on the apartment. The bed was comfortable. This suite had a wonderful room with a view!

Perfect location in a lovely property!

Adored this condo on the corner of and overlooking my favorite square, the Piazza Della Signoria! Perfect location for everything you want to do and see in Florence! Well decorated and nice cozy property. Even from the window, it is entertaining to watch the action in the square, but somehow, you close the window, and it's completely quiet. Would absolutely stay here again and even inquired about the cost of such a unit because I would love to own it!

Positives: Location, Location, Location Air conditioning Quaint Huge Bathtub Cement floors Clean apartment Wifi Opportunity: Small Shower, no shelving Bring own shampoo and soap Parking challenge, paid 32 Euros a day Some updates, some needed (bathroom) Limited cloth towels, no paper towels Hot water limits Street noise almost 24 hours These are opportunities, would not prevent me from staying again. Location, Location, Location Miss communication with owner on 1 item: departure time. Contract said 11am, note in apartment said 10am, asked for time, but owner said I needed to be out by 10am. So had to check out before church, not ideal. Other than that, great communication, good response time.
