The apartment has an elevator, on the top floor there is a large terrace where you can enjoy beautiful views and you can also hang your clothes.
At 50 meters from the apartment you will find our beautiful and long pedestrian promenade, also a (public) swimming pool with sea water. Only 3 minutes walking is a small and beautiful Son Baulo beach and also a supermarket with bakery and homemade pastry, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, bus stop ... all this makes our clients enjoy their holidays more they have it all very close without having to take a car.
In addition, different leisure activities can be practiced such as: diving,
horseback riding, bicycle, car and motorcycle rental, visits to the Phoenicians and Albufera natural park ...
We also have a small tourist train with many schedules where you can see our entire town.

The Apartment is as you see in the photo. The great asset of this place is the location . A quiet place not crowdy and a few steps from the sea. There are two single beds in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living. The sun bathe the balcony in the morning great place to have breakfast. The kitchen offers the minimum equipment to cook basic fare. We enjoyed our stay there

Can Picafort

A wonderful place to stay, ideal location for a base to discover the whole island. The apartment was clean, well appointed and had all you could want in holiday accommodation. Communication with the host was first class and nothing was too much trouble. Our first stay in Mallorca was lovely, we will return.

Perfect getaway

We spent 6 days at this wonderful, comfortable home. The appartment was superclean and had everything we could wish for. We enjoyed the tranquillity and the walks along the promenade with the most beautiful coastline. Enjoyed preparing our own meals in a fully equiped kitchen, and having restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung super ausgestattet.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. War alles da, was man für die 4 köpfige Familie zum Entspannen, Übernachten und zum Kochen braucht. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut. Sehr schnelle Antworten bekommen, bzw. wurden angerufen, falls Fragen hatten. Die Nähe der Wohnung zum Meer ist super. Wir haben die letzte Wohnung in der Reihe bekommen und konnten dass Meer nur von der Ecke des Balkons sehen. Aber dies ist meistens nicht notwendig, weil man zum Meer nur 1 Miinute braucht aus dem Haus raus und 50 Meter bis zur Promenade, wo viele Bänke und Möglichkeiten vorhanden sind. vielen Dank für die schöne Unterkunft und schöne Zeit

Gemütlicher Weihnachtsurlaub

Um vor dem deutschen Wetter zu fliehen haben wir uns dieses Jahr für Mallorca entschieden. Die gemütliche Wohnung liegt unweit der Strandpromenade, vom Balkon aus blickt man gleich auf das Wasser. Es war alles vorhanden und sehr sauber. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett, sogar frische Orangen aus eigener Ernte standen bei unserer Ankunft parat. Gerne wieder

Herbst in Can Picafort

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und nur 80m vom Meer entfernt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und alles da, was man im Urlaub so braucht. Sogar Sonnenschirm. Ende Oktober sind nicht mehr so viele Turisten da. Das Wetter war noch angenehm. Man konnte noch im Meer baden aber auch Wandern oder Städte besuchen. Insgesamt war ein gut gelungenes Urlaub!

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage mit tollem Blick

Der Check In in die Wohnung lief reibungslos und total flexibel. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war total nett und hilfsbereit. In der Wohnung hat man alles gefunden was man braucht und für zwei Leute war es optimal. Von dem kleinen Balkon hat man einen super Blick aufs Meer.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Sie ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ruhig, Restaurants, Promenade und Geschäfte sind innerhalb von wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Die gesamte Wohnung war top sauber und in der Küche gab es (ausser einer Spülmaschine) alles, was man so brauchen kann. Backofen, Mikrowelle, Saftpresse, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschinen, etc. etc. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Im Winter auf Mallorca

Wir waren das erste Mal aus Mallorca und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren schon viel eher, als angekündigt, am Quartier und wurden schon nach wenigen Minuten herzlich empfangen. Die FeWo liegt strategisch gut, um die Insel zu erkunden. Très bon séjour.

Appartement confortable, bien équipé et très bien situé à une rue de la mer. L'accueil de la propriétaire fut chaleureux et sympathique. Lors de mon séjour en mars, j'ai pu apprécier le calme du quartier. J'aurais juste un petit conseil pour la propriétaire qui serait de prévoir un petit radiateur dans la salle de bain.

Ruhe zum Jahresende

Wir waren als Familie mit 4 Erwachsenen über Weihnachten und Neujahr 2021/22 Gast in dieser schönen Wohnung in Son Baulo. Der Check In war problemlos und schnell. Montse hatte das Wohnzimmer etwas weihnachtlich geschmückt. Etwas Wasser, Zitronen und Orangen halfen über den ersten Abend. Das Internet war perfekt, so dass wir an den Arbeitstagen auch arbeiten konnten, in den freien Stunden haben wir die Spaziergänge an der nahen Uferpromenade und Ausflüge auf der Insel sehr genossen. Am Heiligen Abend überraschte uns die nahe katholische Kirche mit einer Aufführung des Sybillengesangs (UNESCO-Welterbe). Obwohl nur sehr wenige Restaurants geöffnet waren, waren wir durch die Supermärkte (u.a. Lidl, Eroski) sehr gut versorgt. Für 4 Personen war die Wohnung dann aber vielleicht doch etwas klein. Die ausgeklappte Schlafcoach im Wohnzimmer nahm doch viel Platz und auch die Sitzgelegenheit. Wir würden diese Wohnung dennoch jederzeit wieder buchen, dann allerdings eher nur mit 2 Personen. Wohnung war sehr, sehr sauber und ordentlich. Kühlschrank mit Startfüllung versehen, da wir sehr spät ankamen. Sehr gastfreundlich. Winziger Wermutstropfen: Wohnung hat sehr kleinen Balkon - nur ausreichend für 2 Erwachsenen zum Frühstücken.
