Everything was awesome. The home was very comfortable and the patio, pool, and yard was amazing. We so enjoyed all the birds in the yard and learning to identify them.
So kind, the host had a very nice gift pack for us. The pool/yard outside entertainment area was really fantastic. The lawn with all the greenery was immaculate. House well equipped to cook and a good outdoor grille provided. I was very satisfied.
We stayed for one week. The house was clean and very well equipped to fit our needs. Great location. Backyard is absolutely beautiful, we spent a lot of our time out there!
The house was nice and in a nice location. Our family really enjoyed our stay and wants to return. I highly recommend this property for your next trip!

We had a wonderful location for our group to stay in and explore the island. The home is warm and inviting. This was our 2nd stay in this location. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a nice and relaxing visit to Kona.
We had a wonderful stay and overall an awesome experience at Nani Kahakai! Location - Kahakai Estates is a perfect location, gated community, centrally located to everything, and close to town. We love staying in this area when we visit Kona. House - Beautiful especially the yard. We were in awe with the size of the property including the driveway area. The biggest bonus of the house for sure! So many areas of the property to sit and enjoy. I liked the layout of the house with the primary on one side of the house and the other two bedrooms on the other. Felt very private for our family. An added bonus that I will always rave about with Vrbo rentals - access to the garage with a garage door opener. Something I just appreciate having access to. Sadly our trip was during the severe Hawaii storm so we had lots of rain and couldn’t enjoy the pool and backyard like we planned for. Communication from Kona Coast Vacation Rentals was great. Email updates on the storm and onsite maintenance workers. The Happy Stays app with information was easy to use. We would definitely plan another family trip here again!
We had the best time in this house. We loved getting up early and sitting by the pool to drink coffee. We also loved having the outdoor grill and the huge yard. The house was plenty big enough for families and was clean. Even with other houses close by it felt very private and quiet. We will definitely rent this property again.
We had a wonderful stay. Pictures are accurate and house is beautiful. Very spacious. Great location. Very well equipped kitchen, pool floats, and more. Soooo many beautiful birds and flowers and very safe neighborhood. We will definitely return!
