Top floor, lots of steps, but really great little place. The location is fantastic. Walk to train station and anywhere important in Florence. Great check in and communication throughout. We would definitely stay again
Apartment was really nice! Great central location, had everything we needed, even a washing machine.. After a day or two we got used to the stairs. There is a lot of stairs so if you have trouble with stairs this isn't the place for you. Overall really enjoyed it.
This place was exactly what I wanted for a week in Florence. The terrace with the beautiful view was amazing, and the location in Florence couldn't have been better. Much better value than a hotel room
We stayed in Florence for three nights and couldn’t speak more highly of this beautiful apartment. The location was absolutely perfect — tucked away on a quiet street, yet just steps from lively main roads filled with charming restaurants, cozy cafés, and plenty of spots to enjoy an evening spritz. Nearly all of Florence’s main attractions were within a comfortable 5–15 minute walk, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The host was extremely communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in was seamless, and they were always quick to respond to any questions we had — usually within minutes. They also went above and beyond by offering thoughtful local recommendations that really enhanced our experience. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence!
We enjoyed the apartment very much. The location is convenient to train and bus transportation and in easy walking distance to all the things we wanted to do in the city. For such a central location it was also very quiet at night. We had seen comments about the many steps but got used to those quickly. Furnishings, bathroom, bedroom were all comfortable for us. And we really enjoyed the view from up there too. Would stay there again.

This is a great place in an excellent location. Everything is there and make staying there comfortable. It's needs maintenance with several lightbulbs out or dimming - especially the important one illuminating the step narrow stairs.
It's on the sixth floor with steep stairs. You have to be fit. Didn't bother me at all. Benefits outweigh this challenge.
WARNING! DO NOT TRUST THIS GROUP! THE PLUMBING SUCKS AND NO WATER FOR TWO MORNINGS.We spent three nights at this place and it was the worst experience of our lives. I will give credit to Claudia for her outreach prior to arrival to make arrangements. Afterwards I learned she's not the owner and just an employee for a management group that controls this property. We woke up the first morning to no water in the flat. We contacted Claudia immediately. I was told she would contact the building manager. After a few hours not hearing anything, I reached out again to be informed they would send someone to take a look. I never heard back from her, so we were close by and stopped in to check. We at least had a trickle of water for basic needs. We learned you can't turn on the bathroom sink to brush your teeth, because it cut off the supply to the shower. One task at a time. Same occurrence on the 3rd morning. The water completely ran out and my partner was left with shampoo in his hair. I took videos and sent them to Claudia again and explained this was totally unacceptable. I waited for a response hoping for them to compensate us something for their lack of attention to a critical matter. All I was provided was we're sorry....nothing else. Claudia said they sent someone over earlier to increase the pressure on the boiler. I was informed she would contact the manager. Since they offered zero compensation I demanded we are owed something for this unacceptable situation.

We stayed 5 nights/6 days. The location is super convenient to the Duomo. The down side - We didn’t have adequate water pressure or hot water 5 mornings in a row to take a shower. I don’t expect a lot from a rental, but a hot shower is one of them. Every morning we contacted the rental manager. They’d come mid day and say the water was just fine. It’s an old building. I have 5 videos from morning, 4 from evenings showing we didn’t have water some days, inadequate or cold on the others. Also, it is 79 steps to get to the apartment. It’s a lot!
