The Perfect Holiday Pad

The open-plan living space features a fully equipped kitchen with contemporary units, electric hob and oven, larder fridge/freezer, toaster, washing machine and a Nespresso coffee machine. The dining area has a circular table with seating for four. The bright, airy living area has been tastefully refurbished with a velvet Chesterfield three-seater sofa, matching armchair, and a SMART flat-screen TV—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the coast.

The retreat has two beautifully styled bedrooms. The master bedroom is luxuriously appointed with a teal velvet double bed and modern painted-wood wardrobe. The second bedroom is fitted with sturdy bunk beds and a chest of drawers, ideal for children or friends.

Short stay with dog

We really enjoyed our time at this property. It was very clean and we received a really lovely welcome. The flat had everything we needed for our few days. Just a short walk down to a couple of restaurants and bars, all very dog friendly with lovely staff and good food. Downderry beach was just a few mins walk from the property, we didn’t spend a lot of time on this beach as it is quite a rocky beach but we did walk to Looe. Beautiful walk with a lot of hills. Lots more bars restaurants and things to do in Looe.

Schöne Ferienwohnung direkt an der Küste

Die Wohnung liegt am Ende einer Ferienwohnungssiedlung, ruhig gelegen, sehr schön angelegt. Es gibt eine Terrasse, komplett möbliert. Die Wohnung ist freundlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles neu renoviert. Sie ist kompakt, aber für 4 Personen ausreichend. Vieles, z. B. Putzmittel, Toilettenpapier, wird bereit gestellt. Frische Blumen standen zur Begrüßung auf dem Tisch und alles für einen Cream Tea im Kühlschrank. Vielen Dank! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Downderry ist ein bezauberndes Örtchen mit einem tollen Inn und einem kleinem Cafe mit vielfältigen Angebot. Der Strand ist sehr schön. Man kann nach beiden Seiten ausgedehnt spazieren gehen und erreicht in Seaton sogar einen bewachten Badestrand. Zuletzt noch ein paar Anregungen, um das Angebot noch besser zu machen: Ein weiterer großer Kochtopf würde das Kochen für eine Familie erleichtern. Wenn die Duschwand zur Badewanneninnenseite ausgerichtet wäre, würde beim Duschen kein Wasser auf den Fußboden kommen. Ein etwas größerer Wäscheständer würde das Trocknen der Wäsche erleichtern.

Nice place to chill out

Everything in the property was very good quality, all appliances and amnesties where in place just like you would need in your home. All you need is to do good grocery shop and that’s it. Small and sweet home. Overall excellent.
