This 70 sq mt / 753 sq ft apartment is located on the 2nd floor, with elevator, of a three-story 16th-century period residence. It has one bedroom, a large living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a full bathroom with shower.

As soon as you enter you are greeted by the large living room with a dining table for 4 people. The kitchen is well equipped and perfect for cooking any meal. The master bedroom (double mattress, non-divisible, measures 160x190cm) has an anteroom/closet and a full bathroom equipped with a shower.

The whole apartment overlooks Via dei Serragli with two large windows.

High-speed fiber FTTC Internet connection.

Heating: independent with split.

Air conditioning: 2 splits total: one in the bedroom and one in the living area.

Double glazed windows.

For stays longer than 7 nights, one cleaning and one change of linen each week is included.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: 300.00 € to be guaranteed upon arrival by credit card.

We loved the unit we stayed in and appreciated its large size and convenient location. The host was friendly, communicated well with us and was very helpful accommodating our early check-in and also helping us arrange an early morning taxi for our departure. I would certainly stay here again.

Month of February in Florence

We have enjoyed a month-long stay in Florence for several years. Our latest stay in this property is the best so far. Location is great. Adelaide & Francesca were very helpful answering all questions quickly since they were downstairs and easily accessable. Minor problems were fixed quickly, linens and towels top quality. We hope to be able to stay here again

Charming & Centrally located!

The apartment was beautiful and clean. Offered all possible amenities you could need on your stay in Florence. It was centrally located, a short walking distance to all shopping & plazas. Highly recommend a stay here! Only note: while parking is limited, we paid 30£/day at a nearby garage. Worth it!

A gem

Would make this my spot for all future bookings. Seamless check in. More apartments available in the building. Spotless, tastefully furnished, kitchen well equipped, all around winner. Location was also fantastic. Don’t bother booking anywhere else.

Excellent apartment and attentive staff

Our staff was wonderful from beginning to end. Several questions, not issues with the apartment, during our stay were quickly addressed. In addition, when App issues caused us difficulty getting transportation, the staff jumped in to help and arrange for a car. We recommend this apartment to friends traveling to Florence.

We stayed at this authentic Italian apartment in Florence and really appreciated its charm and spaciousness. Having a lift made moving our luggage in and out so much easier, and the location was very central, perfect for walking to all the main sights. The small touches like shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and even laundry pods were thoughtful and convenient. The two ladies who manage the building were also very helpful and obliging, which made our stay even smoother.As people who aren’t used to city living, we did find the nighttime noise quite loud, which made sleeping difficult for us. Earplugs helped! We wouldn’t stay in this specific apartment again, but would consider another one in the building that’s not on the main street.That said, for anyone used to city sounds, this apartment is a lovely, well-located base to explore Florence.

Perfect for two

Elegant place in a wonderful neighborhood with good food, an open market, and plenty of gelato. The apartment has everything we needed: plenty of easy atorage, nice small kitchen, good bath and shower, very comfortable bed. The manager is just next door, if you have questions. You can store your bags in theiir office M-F, but not yet on Saturday. If you arrive before 3 on the weekends, be aware that you will be stuck with your luggage until checkin at 3:00. The are working on this issue.
