Not clean - second en-suite bath had urine on floor, sides of toilet. Third bedroom had not been swept (pacifier from prior guest on floor betweem side table and closet).Cheap furnishings - two kitchen drawers were not properly mounted on tracks (we fixed them). Also second ensuite shower wand not properly attached and fell off during use.Limited hot water and low pressure - followed host directions to fix water and still luke warm water and low water pressure.Doors within unit all close and so difficult to maintain temperature throughout (we had to prop open doors and open the windows on the front and back side of the unit to get it to cool down at night for sleeping).

We had a lovely 2 night stay here- place was spotless and all amenities catered for. Lovely quiet area and we walked in and out to St Andrews centre.
Only criticism would be the main bedroom only has a patio door for ventilation which can’t be left open all night. There were no other options to open a window. This room has the boiler and the water heater so we found the room was far too warm during the night.
Apt had everything you need. 3 full baths a plus. Only downside was there should be portable fans for the bedrooms. Got very warm at night. You could leave the patio door open but there are no screens. Also door stoppers as the doors do not stay open on their own. Other than that I would stay again.
