Charming duplex penthouse on two levels with several large terraces and sea views. Perfect location 10mn from Dénia centre by car and 50m from the sandy beach Cala Moli and Playa de l'Almadraba. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, two are double, sleeps 6, and two bathrooms, spread over each floor.
1st floor has a room with simple bed 90cm and a sofa bed 135cm and a bathroom with shower.
On the 2nd floor, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with bathtub. One of the two double bedrooms has access to a second terrace with sea views.
Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, gallery. Living room, satellite TV, Wifi, air conditioning hot/cold on each floor. Exit to the terrace with sea view. The terrace has sun loungers. The urbanization has a communal pool, large garden and free parking is located in front of the urbanization. Supermarket 400m from the urbanisation and bus stop just a few meters away. You will find several restaurants and bars on the main road of the Marinas and facing the sea.
