The common area of the flat stands out with an elegant and modern dining table with space for 10 diners, which in turn harmoniously integrates the fully equipped American-style kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.
The modern floor design includes personalised decoration for each of the five rooms, to give each space its own character. Each room has a spacious double bed.
Likewise, the apartment has three fully equipped bathrooms with showers, two of them located in the bedroom corridor and the third within the main room to provide an extra degree of comfort to our guests.

Important: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Law (LAU). Tourist stays are not accepted.
The guest must prove the reason for their stay (for example, temporary transfer for work, studies, medical treatments, caring for a relative, etc.) and, in addition, will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.

The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
Please take into consideration that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 involves a supplement of 50 EUR which must be paid in cash.

Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
