Kitchen area with microwave, induction hob, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, cutlery and all utensils provided. Logically, nothing is missing!

Spacious bathroom with bathtub, 1 large basin, storage furniture and heated towel rail.

Very good general appearance and excellent orientation West / East to enjoy the sunshine on the terrace and great brightness while keeping the cool in the studio, very appreciated on summer nights.

Ideal couple or couple with children, the bay window and the terrace overlook a public garden in the heart of the residence, access to which is pedestrian only.

SEJOUR AGREABLE

Studio à proximité de l'Océan et proche Centre ville . Très belle balade le long du sentier côtier à pied ou en vélo. Fonctionnel. Très bien pour couple et enfants en bas âge. La fourniture de linge de lit serait un plus pour les séjours courts .

superbes vacances et accueil plus que parfait

Nous avons séjourné 1semaine à la Rochelle et nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances. Le quartier des Minimes est superbe, calme et à 15 minutes à peine à pieds de tous les commerces. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et le studio était parfait pour nous 4. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation.
