Incredible views in lovely villa !

We were traveling as a family for a family get together with seven adults and two young children.When you first walk in the home, the views of the pasture with cows just over the rock walls and sea beyond that color are amazing. Very open layout with lots of light with large central gathering areas, but lots of privacy down two separate halls for all the bedrooms. Beautifully decorated and the kitchen has everything in it that you could possibly need. We were able to light both the inside and outside fires on cool evenings.Great location with lots of opportunities for day trips nearby to keep us occupied, but just staying in the villa alone would’ve been enough for a great trip.One of the best properties if not the very best we’ve ever stayed in as a family. Jimmy and Chrissy were great hosts too Thanks for a great week.

AMAZING VIEWOur group of 8 loved the beautiful home on Galway Bay. The house was impeccably appointed, and Krissy and Jimmy were lovely hosts. We were looking for a home on 1 level so my mom would not need to take stairs, but the house offered so much more. And a heard of cows greeted us! :)The sunroom and firepit area were enjoyed by all. We really enjoyed spending time in the the great room, peering out of the expansive picture window to watch how the landscape changed with the tides. The vibrant colors of the flowers against the blue of the bay was stunning. Such a peaceful place. We walked down several times to the bay (5 min walk) during our week, when we weren't at pubs, visiting cousins, and exploring abbey ruins in the surrounding area! This is a great location for accessing the striking Burren lanscape (1 hr) or entertaining Galway City (40 min), etc. We also took a trip to lively Doolin (1 hr away) where we boarded a boat that brought us to see the spectacular Cliffs of Moher from below. Locally ( 10 min), we enjoyed picturesque Kinvara for dinners and food shopping, etc. A wonderful trip, and glad we selected this home!
