Recently renovated and beautifully furnished throughout, 11 Tywarnhayle House is a four-bedroom, three-storey home in Perranporth, just a short walk from three miles of glorious golden sand and the captivating North Cornwall coast.

Perfectly designed with family holidays in mind, you'll find an open plan living and dining space opening out to a multi-tiered garden where you can soak up the sunshine and enjoy lazy evenings together.

The first-floor bedrooms contains a twin bedroom (with beds that can be zipped together on request to make a king size), a king size bedroom, and a bunk room. The spacious en suite master bedroom occupies the whole of the top floor offering a calm space to relax and unwind after a day at the beach.

11 Tywarnhayle House is conveniently located just a short walk from Perranporth's beach where miles of sand and beautiful ocean create the perfect spot for family holidays in the sunshine. The fantastic (and quite famous) beach bar, The Watering Hole sits right on the sand too where you can enjoy live music, delicious food, and post-sun drinks with views of the waves as the backdrop. Perranporth Beach is dog friendly all year, so is perfect for those with a dog in tow.

The South West Coast Path is within reach where you can walk to St Agnes in one direction or Holywell Bay in the other, either way you'll be treated to spectacular sea views and the beauty of the Cornish landscape.

1 pet accepted: Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation. 2 dogs are accepted on request.

Loved our stay

Beautiful house in a great location. Comfortable and warm throughout. The parking provides adequate parking and is wide enough to position and get stuff out of the car. All bedrooms clean and beds very comfortable. Minor issue would be blinds or curtains on front bay window, as neighbours were constantly in and out and can easily see inside the living area when exiting/entering their own property.

Really lovely family stay in early April (6 adults, 2 children)

We had a great week in this well-kept house. Very well-equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery and glassware, good bathroom facilities, comfy beds. Amazing location - short walk to a gorgeous beach, plenty of shops, and eateries - nice quiet road.

Birthday weekend with friends

The property was well presented, the location was great and garden area lovely. Plenty of room for our part of 8. It was a lovely touch to find the gift bag full of goodies.

Loved our stay at Tywarnhale House

I would thoroughly recommend Tywarnhayle House. The property is modern and equipped with everything you need and more. Loved the coffee machine and the coffee pods provided was a lovely touch. As was the welcome pack of delicious treats. Perranporth is a short walk, though quite hilly, but my 90year old dad managed it. Highly recommend !

A lovely stay…..

We had a lovely stay at the property, bright, airy and in a fab location, just a short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants…lovely welcome pack of teas, coffee, biscuits, crisps etc, much appreciated….the only thing that let it down a little bit for us is, we love to sink into a sofa and relax with a glass of wine and watch a bit of telly, but the sofas don’t allow for this. Appreciate this could just be an ‘us’ thing!

Clean and Comfortable

Overall the house was very clean and comfortable and in an excellent location for Perranporth and the surrounding area. We just had a couple of niggles: 1) The house is advertised as having a washing machine and so we packed accordingly for a 10 day visit. When we arrived we found that the washing machine had been broken since August and was unusable. We should have been informed. 2) There was a complete lack of basic commodities - washing up liquid, bleach, kitchen cleaner, cleaning cloths, toilet roll and so on...Be prepared for this if you are staying a while with a family. 3) The ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom is very small - the sink in particular is almost unusable.
