An excellent getaway!

We had a delightful stay in the Garden Room. So peaceful and spacious. The bi-folding doors to the garden were a perfect touch - along with the comfortable bed and great coffee machine. Highly recommend!

Fantastic holiday home in a beautiful and peaceful setting!

I stayed here for 2 nights for work. The holiday home is decorated beautifully, super comfy bed, lovely hot shower, and a well equipped kitchen. The place was absolutely immaculate and smelled like I was walking into a spa! I would highly recommend and will be back next year! I was given all the arrival information in advance and it was all easy to follow and led to a seamless check in/check out procedure - thankyou!

The Garden Room

Perfect accommodation for a quiet country getaway, with a very comfortable bed, excellent shower & generally very well equipped, clean & maintained to a high standard. We liked the pretty garden. Were slightly concerned on arrival that it appeared to be in the middle of nowhere but were impressed to discover the excellent Jempsons superstore nearby which has lots of local produce & everything you could possibly need. Also, lovely Rye with it's eateries & quirky shops. Will definitely consider a return visit, perhaps in the Spring so we can take full advantage of the outdoor area. Thank you for a lovely stay.

10/10 Excellent

Great place to stay if visiting East Sussex - highly recommended!

4 night stay April 2026 (Sunday to Thursday) - accommodation very clean, comfortable and modern, hosts very welcoming - location peaceful (a few sheep and horses over the fence at the bottom of the garden, but no noise) and nice dark skies (I saw a few Lyrid meteors during my stay!). Great kitchen facilities (so you can easily self-cater if you want) and excellent shower, better accommodation than a hotel if visiting the area IMHO. Well located, Hastings, Rye & Great Dixter all a quick drive and a Jempson's Supermarket nearby for supplies. Ate out at the White Dog Inn at Ewhurst Green and Lovely's Chinese Takeaway in Hawkhurst, both very good. Overall a great place to stay, I would definitely return again if I was visiting the area.
