The Boat House, a single-storey studio style cottage, consists of a kitchen with electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge with icebox, dining seating for two people, and sitting room with woodburning stove all over looking the river Dart. SHORT BREAK bookings will only be accepted starting on a Friday for 3 nights or a Monday for 3 or 4 nights please ensure you book appropriately. The bedroom is a double serviced by a shower room. Fuel, power, starter pack, bed linen, and towels inc. in rent. There is a garden with lawned area, storage, and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. No TV or WiFi, mobile signal limited. Note: No music outside please. Note: Adult-only. Note: Bathing house holiday let nearby. Note: Outdoor unheated pool available from June-August, weather permitting, during daylight hours. Note: Private water supply. Note: Steps to access not suitable for those with limited mobility.
