The single-storey cottage boasts all kinds of original features, and you’ll find comfortable seating surrounding a wood burner and Smart TV in the lounge, a convenient kitchen/diner, and a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. The sofa bed can be made up for an additional guest on request. Step across the garden to find the delightful shepherds’ hut. Four steps lead up to its front door and, once inside, the open-plan space features a double bed at the far end. The kitchenette includes an electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer and a microwave, and there’s banquette seating for dining and relaxing, plus a wood burner and a Smart TV. An en-suite shower room completes this irresistible space. The garden has a lawn and a patio with dining furniture. A fabulous bonus is the private spa with a sauna, barrel hot/cold shower and plunge pool, and there’s private parking for four cars.


This charming hideaway is located just 0.5 miles from the National Trust’s Trelissick, where you can walk in miles of woodland and open countryside. For a day at the beach, Loe, Portscatho and Porthcurnick are all within 6.5 miles, while the bright lights of Truro, Cornwall’s small capital city, are 4.5 miles away. For more shops and excellent eateries, the smart coastal village of St Mawes is 5 miles, while bustling Falmouth is only 11 miles.
