A spectacular, rustic, and characterful cottage situated in the pretty village of Walsingham, perfect for groups of ten visiting the stunning countryside of Norfolk. This Grade-II listed house has five bedrooms and a wonderful Mediterranean paved courtyard garden where you can sit back and relax after busy days exploring.

Step inside this charming property and find modern furnishings and décor combined seamlessly with period features. Hang up your coats and place your boots in the boot room, before heading through to the bright lounge/diner. Set underneath a beamed ceiling, you will find plenty of seating either at the table or on comfortable sofas for all guests. Fire up the wood burners and enjoy the warmth filling the space. The country-style kitchen has a large Range oven, and everything else you will need to create culinary delights for all. The first of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, a fabulous super-king-size, which has its own en-suite, and a separate shower room is also located on the ground floor. Upstairs on the quirky first floor are the remaining four bedrooms, each featuring zip-and-link beds. Two have en-suite bathrooms, while finishing up the interior is a family bathroom with a sumptuous free-standing bath. Outside is a courtyard garden with two separate seating areas and a fire pit, as well as a large lawn area. Private off-road parking is available for three cars.

The village itself contains a couple of shops and pubs, so you won’t have to travel too far to pick up amenities. Spend a day out at the beach at Holkham (9 miles) or Wells-next-the-Sea (6 miles). Hop on a boat trip at Blakeney Point (8 miles) and go seal-spotting and spend time exploring the beautiful gardens at Holkham Hall (6 miles).
