Also across the street from 7 acre Lay Park with playground, public pool, Lyndon House Arts Center & Museum and 1/2 a mile to North Oconee River Greenway! Enjoy shopping, dining, live music, festivals, art galleries. A few blocks from the Georgia Theatre and 40 Watt Club down the street from The Foundry. No need for a car but includes 2 designated parking spaces.
