This seperate, private, modern newly built accommodation has two bedrooms with a double bed in each. We are easy to find only a minute off SH 1.

A spacious lounge with separate lounge room. The kitchen has an electric oven with hob. Including a microwave, kettle, fridge/freezer, cutlery and crockery. Laundry facilities include a washing machine but no dryer. Laundromats nearby.
We are close to Northtec and shops, hospital and Raumanga falls and park. Short distance to CBD.
Off street parking. Free WiFi. You can also book one room if you’re looking just one person or sharing one room. per Room contact me for more information.
