The World Heritage Site at Cromford Mills, the birthplace of the Industrial Revolution, is only a 30-minute journey by car. Whilst there, add the factory shop at the world famous John Smedley Mills to your ‘to do’ list, and a required destination for any cotton or cashmere purchase.
