Enjoy watching boats pass by or just fish off the pier. | You’ll have easy access to our unit via the large elevators with rolling luggage and shopping carts provided. There is free Wi-Fi in our condo and throughout the Palm Bay Club. Laundry facilities are located on each floor. | The master opens up to the balcony, with a nice view of the royal palm trees and lovely courtyard fountain. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a luxury pillow-top mattress and comforter. Two night stands, new lamps, a large dresser and full length mirror complete the furnishings. A large walk-in closet contains built-in shelving and plenty of space for clothing and luggage. Enjoy the wall-mounted 48” Sony LED smart flat screen TV in the master bedroom with internet capability (including Pandora radio). The en suite luxury bath with a tiled walk-in shower and all new fixtures completes the master suite. | The guest bedroom comes complete a new queen size and a new twin bed, both with luxury pillow-top mattresses. This room sleeps 3 comfortably. It features a large walk-in closet with built-in shelving, dresser and a 32” LED flat screen TV with built-in DVD player. A fully remodeled en suite bath with shower, tub, new tile and fixtures, plus hair dryer and ample counter space completes the guest room. | Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to cook and entertain in style. Wine glasses, new knives and all appliances (including a coffee maker, blender, juicer, toaster, toaster oven, as well as a Keurig machine) are included. | The kitchen opens up to the tiled dining area, with a table that can accommodate 6 people. | Enjoy the view of the palm trees from the leather sofa and 2 reclining chairs in the newly painted living room.
