The new apartment (March 2014) of about 30 m² and is located on the ground floor in a quiet environment (Nantes south) 200 m from the busway (Gare SNCF NANTES 20 minutes by busway). Close (900 m) from the edges of the Nantes sèvres for hikes into the heart of Nantes and beyond. The accommodation has 2 bedrooms wood structure with flat green roof. It has south of a large bay window and a skylight in the roof built to provide maximum natural light. The views are framed on two nearby trees. It is accessible to the disabled. The interior spaces are functional and quality (floor heating to enjoy a gentle heat and the floor is made of resin). The comfortable equipment is complete.

Très satifait de notre séjour, appartement tres bien agencé, y'a du rangement, c'est propre on ne manquait de rien au niveau de la vaisselle et du linge de maison. Les propriétaires tres gentil, a l'écoute, toujours dispo quand on a besoin et tres rendant de services. Vraiment au delà de nos attentes. Nous le recommandons fortement. On y retournerait sans hesiter ! Et de plus très bien placé des starions de bus, quartier tranquille.

très bel appartement très propre bien agencé et bien équipé seul petit bémol : environnement bruyant par les travaux sur une journée dans la rue et par l'entrepôt accolé à l'appartement réveil de bonne heure par l'entreprise qui vient charger son camion garé sous notre fenetre plusieurs fois chaque matin proximité des moyens de transports et des magasins Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires qui sont ultra disponibles

Séjour très agréable. Pas d'utilisation de voiture pour visiter la ville de Nantes, le bus est à 3 à 4 minutes de marche du logement avec une fréquence toutes les 5 minutes quelque soit l'heure. Les propriétaires sont charmants et attentionnés donnant de vrais conseils. Le confort est parfait.
