Unit 317- 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Bayside Standard Condominium

This third floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Bayside. The Bayside has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, the two bedroom units sleep a maximum of 4 people. The comfortably decorated master and guest bedrooms are furnished with a King size bed. The guest and master bedrooms are both equipped with a 32" flat screen TV. Both the master and guest bathrooms have shower/tub combo. The living room has a large 55" flat screen TV for your entertainment. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, a coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo is completely tiled throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

This is our 3rd time staying at The Palm Bay Club and this condo was nice! Wish it would have had more beach things but we left 2 umbrellas and a body board!

We stayed at Palm Club the first leg of our trip, for three nights, four days. Tammy’s condo was spacious, clean - perfect for two adults and two kids. We saw dolphins while at the pool on the bay. Siesta Beach is a short walk from the condo….we welcomed the exercise!

Fun time

The location was great, we loved that there was a dock for fishing and the beach was a short 5 minute walk across the street. The room was clean but could have been cleaner (noticed a few things.) there were plenty of towels which is rare but so nice! Pools were clean and open late which is awesome. We had a great time and would stay here again!!

Beautiful family friendly property

We had a lovely time at the Palm Bay Club in Siesta Key. The location was fantastic. We stayed on the bay side and it was a short walk to the beach. The beds were very comfortable. Only improvement I could recommend is ditching the cable service and providing Netflix or Disney+ for families. The kitchen was large enough to cook in but there are so many great eateries that it wasn’t used. The staff was very friendly and we had no issue getting chaises on the beach each day. Would definitely stay here again!

New Yearly Vacation Spot

I NEVER wanted to leave. This property was so clean. It was so quiet that it felt truly like we were in a private house. The pool was clean and security was available all hours of the day. The walk to the beach is five minutes. The unit looks identical to pictures and bigger than I thought! The beds are so comfortable and had everything we could of needed! The response from the Palm Bay Club was quick and always helpful! I’m hoping to make this our yearly spot!

We really enjoyed this unit including the updated kitchen, spacious rooms and pool noodles. The only things we would request are new pots and pans and a clean sponge in the kitchen. Also there are no beach towels so if you don't want to use bath towels, bring your own! Overall we had a great time!

When I first arrived a piece of the trim was sitting on the counter. Maintenance handled the trim immediately. One of the toilets has an internal drip that woke me each night. One of the bedroom sliding glass curtains has mold and other stains. I was dissatisfied to learn how much less many other guests paid for their larger condos (we were in a very large spring break group)

Great unit, broken elevator

The unit and grounds were great, however the elevator was out of service the entire time! We were in a 3rd floor unit and we were NOT told (or offered help) that the only elevator was not working. There wasn't even a sign on it. We had two carts full of all our things and the elevator never opened. At this time it was right at 5:00 and the office was closed. We are two women in our 60s and had to lug everything up three floors! Had we at least been told ahead of time, we wouldn't have completely unloaded our car! There was no excuse for us not to have been notified ahead of time or at the least, at check in. The low stars are only due to the way they handled the lack of an elevator

We loved the Bayside pool and the walk to the private Siesta key beach! The Frogger shuttle was easy to use and always picked us up in a timely manner. Everyone was very nice and helpful! I would definitely recommend!

Reviewer Comments: This was a nice location for spring break and a group to stay together near the beach and each other.Room was clean just a clogged shower drain that we didn’t get a chance to tell them about until checkout. A couple outlets did not seem to be working.Kitchen accessories were fully stocked and in good condition.Kids enjoyed pickle ball and the pool, adults did too and the hot tub except the pool with the hot tub got overrun with teens in the evening trying to get to a dock nearby.We stayed in the building located across the street from the beach, easy to walk to, about 10-15 min walk.Location to the village/shopping/restaurants was a 20-40 min walk. A shuttle solely for guests would have been nice. We couldn’t always grab a trolly at peak beach-arriving and leaving time.Otherwise enjoyable, comfortable, quiet stay.
