Property was clean and very comfortable. The view of the beach and the sound of the waves were very nice. We had every thing we needed in the kitchen and also appreciated the beach cart and chairs. We would definitely stay here again.

Check in was at 4:00 we arrived after check in time to a young girl just cleaning the condo, which by the way was not as clean as it should have been. Funny how they let us know if we arrived early we will be charged a fee, so where's our fee for getting there later to a filthy room?

Balcony was full of chairs and boogie boards. Beach view was great, rooms were clean, never heard from the host the time we was there. Dishwasher didn’t work, there was old food in the fridge and the dishes in the cabinets had to be washed before we used them. For the first time disappointed in a place we rented

This condominium was awesome, the view of the beach was amazing and convenient to access. Being right next to the pool was also a plus, you can send the kids to the pool and sit in the back patio to watch them. There is plenty of room for guests including a fold away bed. We will definitely be booking again.

There cannot be a better physical location for South Padre Island Beach. This condo was wonderful, the floor plan was terrific for three crazy kids being far enough away from the wife and I. Balcony view was wonderful. Beach access was perfect, you actually save money because there is zero need to rent a golf cart. We had an absolutely terrific time and are looking forward to returning next year.

While the property is older, this unit was updated, clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, although the king bed in the primary room could use a mattress topper because it’s too firm for my taste. There was almost everything we needed in the kitchen- missing a baking sheet and things like aluminum foil and plastic wrap, and some garlic and onion power would have been nice, but there is a little grocery store just down the road so no worries. The bathrooms are tiny but everything works and the showers had good pressure and hot water (be careful because it is set VERY HOT) once we figured out which was to turn the handle for hot water. ;)There is a great view of the pool and the ocean, and being on the side with the sunrise, we appreciated the room darkening curtains in the morning! There were plenty of chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards and sand toys on the patio, which was a great bonus!There were a few things that didn’t work, so hopefully the owner will get those fixed. The light and fan in the living area, the broiler on the oven, the front right burner on the stove didn’t fully heat, and there were 3 blow dryers in the bathrooms and one was fully broken. Otherwise, being steps to the beach and having use of the pool and hot tub were fabulous! We’d definitely stay here again!

The entire apartment building as well as our own unit was old and dirty. The refrigerator in our unit didn’t work, the dishwasher wouldn’t work properly so the dishes weren’t clean, the balcony door kept getting stuck closed, and there was NO INTERNET. The building would only give you a parking spot for one vehicle. If you had extra vehicles you had to park across the street in the free parking section and it was virtually impossible to find a spot.

When we first arrived, the condo was not clean ( trash , beds not made, food in the fridge from previous tenants). The property owner did respond and get someone out there to clean but it took over 2 hours to get back into the condo. Besides that, everything else was great! Location, access to beach etc was good!
