About this property

2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side of our property.

This comfy unit was newly renovated in 2026. This first floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side of our property. There is a four-night minimum stay for this unit. The Bay side of the property has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills and dock for fishing or boat watching. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of the property which has another pool, tennis/pickle ball courts, shuffleboard and our white sandy beach. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, and the guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a bunk bed with 2 twin size beds. Both bedrooms have a 50" wall mounted flat screen TV while the living room has a 65" mounted flat screen TV. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combos. The Master Bedroom walk-in closet has a washer dryer combo unit. The spacious kitchen with new stainless appliances is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo is completely tiled. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

Because the host isn’t an individual, but the Palm Bay office, it isn’t as easy as sending a message in the app for communicating or asking simple questions. That said, this condo was beautiful. The location is great, you can look out and see the bay from the sliders and patio. Very comfortable. We would definitely consider staying again in this condo. Very clean, great location, very comfortable.

This was a great property for my family. It was exactly as described. The home was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The beach and the ocean were beautiful. The ladies at the lobby for the Palm Bay Club were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They recommended a restaurant, Spearfish Grille, which we absolutely loved. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

Interrim stay

We needed a place to stay while our condo was being cleansed/fixed following the last hurricane. This unit was perfect to accommodate my 95 year old mother and my family. We appreciated the convenience and security. We had Christmas here.

The condo was everything we hoped for and much more!! Great location, very clean(as I prefer) and accessible to all amenities. We were also surprised to find many beach items available in the condo. My wife, 3 daughters and I, had a very nice time, good location. Staff were all very nice and helpful. If there was anything to make it better, is if the washer and dryer were in the condo, but wasn’t the end of the world. Would definitely stay here again!

Close to the pool (few steps away) on bay side, which has a beautiful view and jacuzzi. It is a little walk to the beach, some days we drove to the 'other side' and other days we walked over. Beautiful white sands of siesta key are worth a little effort ;)

Our condo was spotless as well as the entire condo complex. The beach was beautiful and the sand is like white powder that never gets hot. Beach lounge chairs are provided in the Palm Bay Club private beach at no charge which was wonderful. We will definitely be back!!
