Our stay was outstanding everything about this place was above our expectations. Would definitely stay here again. Only small remark I would make is parking area is small and difficult to maneuver with trucks.

Susan’s property was exactly as listed. The views from the bedroom balcony were beautiful. A relaxing place for your morning coffee. And the high top table off the living room was a great place to have meals. The beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked! Would certainly stay again.

This property is as advertised. Great location to the beach access and a short walk to Dewey restaurants and shops. Views from the upper covered porch are great. Only downside would be tv entertainment only one tv downstairs with limited streaming. However, if the weather is nice it won’t be that big of an issue.

The view was beautiful and we had a very nice time. The location was great and made getting onto the beach easy. The updates to the condo were done very well. A few downsides were the number of flies and fruit flies throughout the lower level. I’m not sure where they were coming from but they were there when we arrived and seemed to continue to appear throughout our short stay. The master bed was also very uncomfortable which made a restful night of sleep difficult. We also were not aware of the lower level balcony being communal so it was shocking when people would walk by and being able to see directly into the unit if the curtains were opened. Overall the dog friendly nature of the place and the beach access/view were huge pros and we had a nice time!

I do wish you had reached out to me during your stay regarding the flies, as I’m always available to help address issues while guests are in the home and I could have walked you through a quick solution. I was also surprised by the comment regarding the king mattress, as it is only two years old and this is the first concern I have received about its comfort, but I appreciate you sharing your experience. Regarding the lower-level walkway, this is a shared access area and that information is included in the detailed check-in materials sent to guests approximately three weeks prior to arrival so there are no surprises. I’m glad that overall you had a nice stay and were able to enjoy the location and beach.

Sandy Paws was extremely clean! The beach view from the second story balcony is amazing! The beach is literally steps from the house. We absolutely loved our stay!

Amazing rental with a great host!

Awesome, super clean rental right on beachfront with amazing views- could sit in the upstairs balcony all day. Our host was very accommodating and always available. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay with our dog. Our dog had a lot of fun walking the beach. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the house and the views of the ocean.
