Beachfront new lease with parking, wifi, to spend a wonderful stay at the beach where you will see the Chaussey Islands.

This rental is intended solely for the use of our holidaymakers, it is equipped with WIFI, when you arrive and your installation you will feel like at home.
A golf course and an equestrian center are close, and a racetrack.
For some pampering, the spa is just opposite. Many sporting activities are available nearby.
You have at your disposal a private parking with Electric portal
The rental has a large living room with kitchen area, lounge with sofa 5 seater sofa and flat screen TV.
A large room with a bed 160 x 200, bed very comfortable, another of 90 x 190 and a large fitted wardrobe.
Bathroom with Italian shower.

L'appartement est très bien équipé et très agréable. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires. Il est indispensable de disposer d'un véhicule car un peu loin des transports en commun. Proximité de la plage très agréable.

Bel appartement bien situé, proche plage

Idéal pour couple de randonneurs, nombreux circuits intéressants dans la région, 25 mn à pied du centre de Granville par la superbe corniche. Plage à 5mn à pied, Bistrot de la plage agréable pour l'apéro et petite épicerie boulangerie à 2 pas. Résidence calme avec place de parking appréciée, propriétaires sympathiques.
