Spacious, and light-filled colonial that comfortably sleeps eight that is less than a five minute drive to the University of Rhode Island. It is the perfect location if you are attending an event at the university, the Courthouse Center for the Arts, or want a quick hop onto the Amtrak to go to NYC or Boston. Close to all major routes to beaches, and a five minute walk to the best village coffee shop, TLC. Location is quiet and pastoral, but also practical to easily access to major routes to Newport and Narragansett that are 25 minutes away.
Home is relatively new construction (6 years old), so it has modern finishes, equipped with new smart tv's, wifi, furnishings are new and stylish. Perfect rental for everyone.
