To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Clean, all amenities in the apartment including beach chairs/towels/toys. Location is best, nearest beach is awesome, many restaurants in walking distance. Safe for families. Host and Complex attendants are great and very responsive. Birds in the garden and deck were fantastic for kids. Laundry was also in working condition.

Great Condo!

Great condo with everything we needed and more! They even provided laundry soap! There was also sand toys, yoga Mat, a football, etc! My kids were thrilled.

Hawaiian honeymoon! Paradise!

We loved our stay at Kihei Akahi! The condo is newly renovated and close to the beach. There is every kitchen appliance and beach necessity you could ever need. Our stay was perfect and we will be back. The only downfall was the bedroom being so close to the elevator and trash shoot. It really was very loud at times and could be disruptive- Regardless we will be back. Maui has stolen our hearts!

Great place to stay

We just returned from our Hawaii vacation. We loved it there. Beautiful well equipment condo just across the street from Kamaole Beach II. Great location - safe area, lots of places close by to walk to for souvenirs, beaches, restaurants, groceries. The complex has beautifully kept grounds, and 2 nice pools. We did enjoy the pool area and BBQ’s for our dinners. Our only issue was the long list of rules the condo complex has… Quiet time from 10pm-8am, pool only open 9am-9pm… no jumping/diving/splashing/no toys in the pool. The pool is 8 feet in the deep end, tough for kids (teenagers) to play with so many rules. **Only suggestion would be to add some plastic dishes/cups to be able to use in the pool area (no glass allowed-which is totally understandable).

Just a couple adjustments are needed

The matress slopes to the middle. Hide a bed looks dirty on the armchair ends . The seats are very soft thus not comfortable to watch TV. Had to vacuum the floor not a problem for me but I had to clean the roller and filter and then it worked great.

The owners have done a fantastic job of making sure all needs have been addressed. We especially enjoyed the well stocked Cuisinart kitchen and quality furnishings. The bed is very comfortable, pillows and sheets are soft and we slept great! Location was perfect as Kam II beach is directly across the street, making it ideal for quick and easy access for beach days, a quick trip back for lunch and those stunning Maui sunsets ( can be seen from the balcony as well!) PMI management was prompt, clear in instructions (so nice to not be greeted with a list of chores upon checkout!) and impressive in their cleaning services. The condo exceeded our expectations and this is coming from a couple used to staying at the Four Seasons Wailea! We'll be back!

Great stay!

We loved our time at this rental, very clean, well stocked with items you may need. Location is super convenient for walking to the beach (3 min walk) or walking to restaurants etc. Since the unit is right next to the elevator, expect some noise from people passing by but overall, it’s not too bad especially if you aren’t in the bedroom much during the day. Balcony does get some good sunlight as well for morning or evening relaxation. The pool areas are also very close to the unit with a short walk and very well maintained and quiet. We would definitely stay here again!
