Direct ocean front 3 bedroom condo with wraparound balcony offers the most beautiful views from anywhere in the huge living or dining room areas.

A beautifully decorated condo that is very spacious. This condo is so bright and cheery...a place to enhance your experience at the Beach!
All furniture (seats 6 comfortably), beds (king, queen, 2 twin, murphy bed (queen)), bedding, and linens are clean and sanitized.
The dining room offers a table that comfortably seats 8 people
Kitchen that is well stocked.
Three flat screen TV's & WiFi available throughout condo.
Entire condo flooring is LVT with rugs.
Laundry Room with a full size washer and dryer and cleaning supplies.
Beach closet that includes: boogie boards, umbrella, beach toys, beach chairs, beach towels
We provide bath towels and linens for you to use

We take pride in our cleaning, sanitizing and staging protocols.

Sandcastles, one of the most popular Cocoa Beach vacation spots, is a beautifully maintained complex with a heated pool, hot tub, community room, lighted tennis courts, free parking and so much more! It is fully lighted and locked from beach access in the evenings for security. All stairwells and elevators require a code or key to gain access.

Watch rocket launches and cruise ships from your balcony or on the beach.

Sandcastles is located within walking distance from popular restaurants and shops. Downtown Cocoa Beach is only a 20 minute walk & Historic Cocoa Village is only a 15 minute drive. The Pier and world famous Ron Jon Surf Shop is just a 5 minute drive.

3 generation vacation and this home met all of our needs. Big enough for personal privacy and small enough to interact with the family as wanted. The pictures of the home are accurate and the views are breathtaking. It is the best place to be to see the sunrise and moonrise. We will rent again and again and again.

Sandcastles 409 was great! Description was spot on. Easy to find and great location! We loved hearing the waves at night and waking up to the beautiful sunrises! Great short get-away with our teens. Plenty of activities nearby to keep all entertained. Also appreciated the text notification from the host about an upcoming shuttle launch so we wouldn't miss it. Will definitely be back!

Perfect Week

We've stayed in lots of VRBO properties but this was one of the best. Good location, beautiful view, clean, beautiful beach and warm pool. Unit had everything we needed and provided plenty of space. For families traveling with little ones, there is a walk-in-closet in the master that has ventilation-perfect spot for a pack-n-play or crib. You can see the Kennedy space center/Cape Canaveral from the balcony. We were lucky to see a rocket launch on our last night.

Beautiful views, right on the beach.

Our extended family group gathered here Memorial Weekend. Beach and pool were available to entertain us. The adults really enjoyed the balcony patio. The living room was spacious enough for us to bring a large playpen for the infant. The kitchen was well stocked with food preparation items. We brought our own kuerig and crockpot as we cooked all meals there. Bring your own paper products.

Fantastic Beach Getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this condo. It was so spacious and well laid out. The views from the living room and balcony were beautiful. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and had all the amenities needed for the beach. Very close to everything. The only downside for me was that the beds were too hard. Although my husband thought they were just right. I would not hesitate to book again.
