The townhome's location offers ultimate convenience in all seasons! It's just steps away from the hustle and bustle, restaurants, shops, and skiing amenities.

This townhome features a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, an open concept floor plan with plenty of seating and space to relax with family and friends. In addition to the main living space and the formal dining area, there is also a bar which provides additional seating. The layout of the townhome makes it the perfect option for multiple families or friends. There is a multi-arcade game with 60 classic arcade games outside the bottom floor bunk bed room.

3rd Bedroom - King (3rd Level)
4th Bedroom - Queen Bed, Bunk Beds (single over single), and Queen Pull Out Sofa (Ground Floor)

The master bedroom features a gas fireplace and a jacuzzi tub.

The townhome has a washer/dryer, WiFi, and an attached heated 2 car garage that has plenty of storage room for gear.

The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. For an additional (and optional) 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. When booking, just advise if you would like us to add the additional 4% resort fee.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
