I found the unit to be extremely clean. Well appointed, and a good size for one or two people. Realize, because this unit is on the secondfloor in a Victorian house the stairs can be steep with luggage or bags of groceries but very well worth the price.

It was a great stay, with neighbors from my weaving class in Newbury for happy hour every night. It’s peaceful, has a nice view from the porch, and had all the amenities I was looking for. I have stayed here before and will stay here again.

The property was clean, comfortable and conveniently located close to a shopping center. We enjoyed the seclusion of living in the country while still having access to the Internet, so that my son and I could log into our classes.

Visiting family

Traveling from Florida to visit family we were welcomed by a quaint apartment that was so comfortable that after our four day visit we did not want to leave. The grounds and the river were beautiful! Everyone there was very nice and made our stay wonderful.
