2 Bedroom, 1 Bedroom & Studio Vacation Rental in 4 Apartment historic Building

Our petite 2 bedroom unit is located in a historic complex built in the 1880's to house railroad workers. The building complex sits on 6 acres of land along a hillside. Plenty of trees and grassy areas to enjoy as well as a short walking trail down to the Connecticut River. In the small town of Wells River, you'll feel like you've gone back in time and enjoy nature along the Connecticut River. Cross the bridge and drive into Woodsville, NH and enjoy all the modern day amenities and stores for your convenience. Just two minutes away from food stores, wal-marts, fast food, etc, but you'll feel at peace in this beautiful apartment.

The unit is located on the second floor with an interior stairwell and with a wrap around porch along the side with forest views. We have updated to the unit with modern amenities and stocked it for your comfort with convenient items for your stay.

The living room features two settees and a roku/Internet TV with SlingTV. The small eat in kitchen seats 3 with oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster oven and fully stocked with dishware and bakeware.

The master bedroom features a queen size bed with memory foam mattress while the guest bedroom has a twin bed. Bathroom has a stand up corner shower.

This unit is part of a complex of other units available as vacation rentals. Rent this unit alone or if looking to accommodate a larger group, rent multiple units together. Please note the stairs and balcony. This unit is not recommended for anyone with difficulties with stairs or young toddlers.

Really enjoyed staying here. It is in a beautiful, right out of a Hallmark movie area. The unit was clean and comfortable. My only concern was that the water heater for the building was in the main bedroom and was kinda loud and made it difficult to sleep in if anyone else in the building turned on their hot water.

A Nice and Convenient Place to Visit the White Mountain

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was clean, surrounded by beautiful fall foliage, and had everything we needed. We did have an issue with the water heater in the master bedroom. It was loud when someone used the hot water, which made it hard to sleep, recommend bringing earplugs.

Vermont escapade!
