About this property

Luxury Condo by Main Plaza - Walk to Slopes - Deck with Amazing Views

Our 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath condo (Unit 306) is located at Peregrine Point which is the newest building at Purgatory Resort.

Walk across to the main plaza for convenient access to restaurants, ski rentals, deli and great shops as well as the primary high-speed lift, Purgatory Express, to the top of the mountain.

The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for cooking for great meals and The main living space features a deck to enjoy the fresh mountain air and amazing views of the Needles Range and Spud Mountain.

The condo also features WIFI, Dish TV, ski racks outside the front door and and plenty of closet space for all your equipment. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. Parking is unassigned outside in front of the building.

As with all condos in the Peregrine Point building per HOA Rules, pets and gas grills are not allowed.

For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Kitchen had everything we needed. House was really good. To use the pool and gym you have to pay more. The resort was supposed to open the Saturday before we arrived. It did not. We ended up only staying 2 nights and did not get any money back. Lesson learned, get the insurance.

Reunion Time!

Being from Texas no air conditioning is always a concern.For the most part that was okay. Great fans for all rooms would be a BIG Bonus. One bedroom has no windows to open so that is a little uncomfortable for summertime.But overall the stay was great. Kitchen has everything you need to cook etc. We had a great ime.Location is great the resort main common area is right across the street.

Great Property

Condo was nice and as described. Everything at Purgatory has a retro feel and the condo was no different. I liked that the tvs did not stream Netflix because the kids played card games with us. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything I needed to cook all the meals. We were directly across the street from the lifts. We would stay here again.

Great location and beautiful views! Spacious and clean. The only problem we had was the oven wouldn’t work! Property management did reply promptly and offered another unit for baking. We made due with broil and still had a great time!! Would love to come back in the summer!!

Great for our stay

Overall it was a great stay. Perfect location. Spacious. The kitchen was full of everything we needed and more. The place was very clean. It was perfect for what we needed. I thought the BBQ was a nice touch. There was an issue with one of the beds but they responded right back about it. My only critique is they need better pillows. The pillows are paper thin.

I like the amazing views from our balcony! It was also very spacious and able to accommodate a huge group and had all that you needed to cook. That was awesome. The unit does need ceiling fans because the floor fans are very old and noisy and although it was cool outside the unit felt warm when there wasn’t a breeze. The middle room had poor ventilation and we couldn’t use it. Sleeper sofas weren’t that great either. Other than that the unit was amazing.
