This elegant custom property is in pristine condition. Corner lot gives nice open feel, with beautiful mature trees and an abundance of natural light. A five star experience, minus the room service!

Ground level Chefs kitchen with living room and TV areas, dining, and powder room. Upper level has two bedrooms, lounging room, and two full bathrooms including air jetted soaking tub, bidets, and a fireplace. Rooftop terrace has beautiful cozy furniture and BBQ.

Professional kitchen: six burner Dacor range with double true convection ovens, built-in microwave, ice maker, reverse osmosis drinking water, Nespresso coffee maker, quiet Gaggenau stainless dishwasher, huge center island complete with prep sink and built-in pastry stone, walk-in pantry. Adjoining living areas have a fireplace and flatscreen wifi enabled TV.

Sleep on luxury memory foam mattresses. Second floor master bedroom features barrel vaulted ceilings, fireplace and private deck. Master bath features a limestone shower and separate air-jet spa soaking tub, his and her sinks, bidet, and walk-in closet. Second bedroom has high ceilings, beautiful bathroom with farmhouse sink, and again, super luxe mattress encased with mite free protector.

Other attributes include silent, clean, all-radiant heated home with heated polished concrete floors on ground level, Italian radiators and towel warmers heat the upper floor. Allergen-free hardwood floors, water softening system. Miele front loading washing machine and full sized dryer. We maintain this home in clean, pristine condition.

Wonderful property in a great location

My wife and I did a last minute rental. The owner was great to deal with. She greeted us, showed us around, then left (but was always available). The unit was impeccably decorated and clean. The owner takes great pride in this property, We enjoyed sitting on the roof deck in the late afternoon. The location was great for morning walks to Crystal Cove Beach or the Corona Del Mar Beach. I highly recommend this rental.
