Nice sized coach house in a good location

Very nice coach house in a great location. Large, comfortable rooms and good-sized lanai. Simona was very helpful and friendly, quick to respond and accommodating. The home would benefit from having bicycles and also a fan in the lanai.

Sensational Condo with all the amenities!!

This condo is located in a golf/tennis/paddle ball community and was very nice and super clean! The kitchen was well stocked with all necessary dishes and cooking utensils. Conveniently, the guest bedrooms are located separate from the master bedroom so it was comfortable the few times we had guests come to visit. The screened lanai overlooks a pond which has a large variety of birds to watch. Overall this was a wonderful condo especially for those who enjoy golf, tennis or being by the pools. There are 8 of them plus two fitness centers. Special thanks to Simona for getting us checked in and giving us a personal tour of this wonderful gated community. /Ed Beer

Planning retirement

Simona is a great host. The Coach Home was well appointed and was a perfect retreat for our first visit to Florida since the pandemic. We loved everything about the home and the pond outside the back door. Just chilling with the wildlife and watching the golfers tee off on #9 was so relaxing. We can't think of a thing we would change or raise an issue with. We highly recommend this property.

Loved our stay. Simona was wonderful.

Stayed for one month. Wish it was longer. Great place to stay, beautiful view. Loved the wild life and watching golfers. Nice golf, tiki bar and resort pool. Very friendly staff.

Wonderful Get-Away

The coach house was beautiful, clean, and very convenient to golf. The view from the lanai was great and the weather was near perfect. Simona was very helpful and responsive. Definitely would visit again.

January Escape

Lovely well stocked Coach Home. Wonderful water view just feet from the lanai. Fun to watch the wild life and also the golfers teeing off on number 9 Estuary. Sunny escape from the January cold - highly recommend.
