The river literally wraps around the property. My boys had a blast walking for 5 minutes to the other side and floating back to us which was a solid 12 minutes float.

Our stay was perfect for what we needed. The cabin is cozy yet spacious. The beds are comfortable and the cabin has everything you can imagine and then some. If you like privacy and peace and quiet, you'll love the location as it's secluded and right on the river. The hosts are fantastic. I wasn't crazy about having to pickup the key and being escorted to the property, but to be fair I'm certain it would've been a challenge to find the first time. We would definitely recommend.

A secluded cabin by a real stream (not a drainage ditch). Beautiful setting and cozy accommodations. Hope to come back. Bring your fly-fishing rod for sure.

Beautiful Private Location!

We really enjoyed our visit to the Sparta area! This is a nice secluded spot but still close enough to town to run and get things you need. We will definitely visit again.

This house was perfect for our weekend stay visiting Sparta for a wedding! Susan is so incredibly nice and accommodating, you can tell she really cares for her guests. The cabin was spacious enough for 5 adults and offered ample parking. If we’re ever in the area again, I will definitely consider rebooking!

Convenient and serene.

We had family together to attend a graduation just ten miles away. It was so great to have the quiet, serene atmosphere and still be so close to town. The location of the cabin was amazing!

Such an isolated, beautiful cabin on a peninsula to the little river! So peaceful! The kids loved playing on the sand hills that were made after hurricane Helene came through the area. Four fish were caught!

Lovely cabin

My family had an excellent time in sparta. This cabin is in a great location of Sparta. Very private and the creek by the house was very peaceful listening to from the porch. Some small walking trails on the property too. We had everything we needed in this cabin. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy to get to and close to the grocery store. Wonderful creek access. Cabin was a great layout. Not as private as I had anticipated, but overall a good stay and would go back.

Very pleasant and well stocked cabin in beautiful setting. Agent was very courteous and helpful. Had weather permitted we would have loved walking in the Little River. Hope to go back.

Beautiful property

The cabin was as described. Very pretty property with a river running around the property. The cabin had an ample supply of towels and cooking utensils. Cabin was located close to downtown Sparta with a few restaurants, a grocery store, and shops.

Perfect for a weekend getaway

We booked this cabin somewhat last minute for a quick getaway to see some family. Location was right outside Sparta and an easy commute. Property was very clean and had all the basics. Really enjoyed the remote feel of the cabin and the kids enjoyed playing near the river. Overall will likely be back if the need arises.
