Excellent location and property management was amazing. We had everything we needed. The only thing that I would say is that the person who cleaned the house last didn’t vacuum underneath the couches. Not a big deal, but there were sunflower seed shells underneath the couch, which I found kind of yuck.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the excellent location, had everything you needed, and found our property management team helpful and responsive. We truly appreciate you pointing out the area underneath the couches as well. While it may seem like a small detail, those are exactly the things we want to know about so we can make sure our cleaning team pays closer attention to those hard-to-reach areas. We’ll certainly pass this along to them. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back for another stay soon!

This was our second time renting, and unfortunately, it was a little disappointing compared to our first stay. It felt like the house hadn’t been fully cleaned after the previous guests, and we noticed a few broken or damaged items, including the trash bin, toilet, and blinds.Overall, we still love the location and enjoyed our stay! We just had such a great experience the first time - the house felt incredibly clean and well-maintained - so this visit felt noticeably different. We’d definitely consider staying again, but would love to see the cleanliness and maintenance back to the level we experienced during our first visit.

Thank you for returning to stay with us and for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re especially sorry to hear that this visit did not meet the same high standard you experienced during your first stay. We appreciate you bringing the cleanliness and maintenance concerns to our attention. We take both very seriously and will be reviewing these items with our cleaning and maintenance teams to make sure the home is being thoroughly inspected and cared for between guests. We’re glad to hear you still enjoyed the location and your overall stay, and we truly appreciate your willingness to consider staying with us again. We value returning guests and would love the opportunity to provide you with the same clean, comfortable, and well-maintained experience you enjoyed during your first visit. A perfect golf trip hideout

An awesome property right across the marina and we enjoyed the view particularly early morning and everything is so quiet. Check in and check out process was seamless and so happy for that. Only thing I would mention is that kitchen was not stocked up with all the essential small items as you would expect from such beautiful home. Certainly, I would come back and enjoy more time in future.

Beautiful house and location

The check in code that was sent didn’t work, but the company responded right away and we were able to get in. The cleanliness of the house was not up to standard. The floors were dirty our socks would be almost black, there was also dog hair in lots of places-we did bring a dog, but ours does not shed. Also, the drain in one of the bathrooms did not work-which was fine for us because there were so many other bathrooms. Also, one of the headboards was broken in one of the rooms- it was not attached to the bed. But we would definitely try to stay there again if we were to visit Delaware!

Fall in Marina Bay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I enjoyed a nice stay with just a couple of hiccups. In those cases, I appreciated the quick response from the Management team and Maintenance employees. The home was spacious, clean, and fairly well equipped in the kitchen. (note, there were at least eight lids for pans, but no pots to cook in. Thank you for dropping a sauce pan off!)Local’s summer is the perfect time to visit Pot Nets.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Marina Bay was amazing! The home was very clean and well maintained. It was awesome to have the golf cart included. It really is the only transportation you need once you arrive. The view was beautiful and the short distance to the Grill was perfect for our guests. It was not a huge deal, but some of the kitchen implements definitely needed to be replaced, but as I said it was not a huge deal.

Lovely

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been staying at pot nets for several years now and enjoy to peace away from the chaos of the beach. The houses are spacious and the perks of having a golf cart are always a hit with the kids and we all enjoy nighttime rides around the area. My only critique for this time was that our golf cart broke down Friday night and we were told no others were available even though several other rentals were vacant so we were left all day Saturday without one and needed to drive everywhere. I do think replacement golf carts should be available in instances like that since part of the reason so many do rent is for that reason.

I think everything was very nice. But the house was not that clean. All the vents are filthy.

There was stuff under our beds that looked like they had been there for years. Dirty dishes in the cabinets. And the master bathroom shower was not clean at all. You should really have someone clean the homes better. Also there is so much dust under the couch in the living room

Family Get-a-way

The house was very nice and spacious, and the view was beautiful. We all had a great time (8 adults, 2 children & 2 dogs) fit comfortable. The beach was very nice but you're on the bay so the water murky but there are 2 big pool complexes, and the development was very nice. The house needed a good vacuum, and I would suggest bringing your own bath towels, theirs were very stiff. Also, you should see if you can rent an extra golf cart, the house comes with one 6-seater but the house is for 10 guest.
