Located on the 2nd floor of a 1900's converted farmhouse. Family friendly, Lg Yard Located on Rt 7, 1/2 mile north of Pittsfield line across from the lake. Just down the road from the entrance to Mt. Greylock and a 15- 20 min ride to most area attractions, Tanglewood, Clark Art, Berkshire Theater, Jiminy Peak and State Forest. We are also walking distance to the Lakehouse guest cottages If you are coming in for a wedding. There is plenty of parking, trailers ok. PETS OK!

Why they chose this property
The space is a cute 4 room apt in a 1900 converted farmhouse. Full kitchen and bath, the Main bedroom has a new King size bed and room for air mattresses if you have extra guests. The living room has 2 daybeds, the small bedroom/office has a futon. We are Pet-Friendly. There is plenty of parking, so bring that boat and trailer. There is a grill and picnic table available in warm weather, and even a fire pit. The downstairs apt is also available as a vacation rental so if you have a large gathering rent both for family reunions and get-togethers.
