Welcome to our Secluded Harbor Springs Condo #39 - Nestled between the Kalman Nature Preserve and Menonaqua Woods Nature Preserve, this 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom Harbor Cove condo feels secluded.
Now accepting reservations for our Summer 2024 Season.
*7-night minimum may apply for our Summer Season (Saturday to Saturday)
Our condo is the perfect place for someone looking to enjoy four seasons of fun with its close proximity to shops, restaurants, top-rated golf courses and ski resorts.
When you first walk in, you are welcomed by an ample foyer, and the master bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs is an open concept living area with a full kitchen, large family room with wood burning fireplace, and private deck off the dining area. The high ceiling makes the room feel large and extra inviting. There is also a loft with a twin bed and trundle twin bed allowing for three to sleep there. On the lower level, there are two additional bedrooms and a bathroom with a washer and dryer. One bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, and the other has a queen bed. Both of these bedrooms have a large window, which lets in lots of sunlight.
Within a 5-minute walk of the condo, there is a private beach on Little Traverse Bay with beach house, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pool, a play area for kids, and walking and snowshoeing trails. Plus, you’re less than 20 minutes away from downtown Harbor Springs, Petoskey, Boyne Highlands Resort, Nubs Knob Ski Resort, and much more.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the Community center which includes an indoor pool and hot tub year round. During the summer months guests are welcome to use the Beach house, outdoor pool and hot tub.
The outdoor pool is typically open Memorial Day -Labor Day only.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time. Condo is close to the slopes and well maintained. Only minor issue we had is if you sleep in the bedroom closest to the entrance the street light shines directing into the bed room and the curtains are pretty thin. I have rented this condo twice and would recommend it and I would stay here again.

Host communication leading up to the stay was very good and detailed. Was a little odd not getting the keypad code until within a couple hours of check-in. Have never had that last min before and was slightly stressful as phone service isn't always great up north. Overall stay was good, fireplace was nice (though had to buy wood as only two pieces there), we always love the pool house and location is amazing. Condo was very clean and had basics though they were out of laundry detergent but we left a mostly full mini-bottle for future use. Appreciated salt and pepper, the luggage holder in closet and a laundry basket. Only constructive feedback is: Slight musty smell; both toilets kept clogging up even with very minimal TP, would recommend purchasing more robust toilets; better quality sheets and comforters; plates/pans/silverware/appliances were all very cheap and OK. While we understand these are rentals and guests might not always treat the best, we use rentals a lot and always appreciate when hosts invest in good pans, dishwasher, washer/dryer, etc. as it gives a much better experience for people staying. At the very least, a non-stick pan and well-working toilets. One other suggestion is since we pay a cleaning fee, not having to dispose of it would've been nicer and thought would only have to consolidate to one trash and leave it for cleaning crew.

Our group had a good stay - the property was well kept and all instructions were clear. There was not a lengthy checkout cleanup list, which was nice. We would stay here again. The location to Nubs Nob and Highlands is very convenient.

Perfect location in the woods! Very quaint and nice neighborhood. Very quiet and safe as well! Close proximity to Nubs for skiing and a 10 minute drive into downtown Petoskey!

Great for a ski weekend!

My extended family came up for a ski weekend and had a wonderful experience. Very close proximity to Nub's and Highlands as well as downtown Harbor Springs and Petoskey. The unit accommodated 10 adults comfortably. Parking was seamless and allowed for 2 vehicles outside the unit. The host provides a welcome guide with all the rules as well as a lot of useful info about the area including various things to do.

Great condo getaway!

This condo was perfect for a family getaway! Enough space to sleep, hang out and cook with the family. The private beach is just a short walk away and offered great swimming for the kids. A pool and playground is just around the corner if the beach isn't your thing. It is conveniently located to get to downtown Harbor Springs or Petoskey.

We tended this condo for our group of 11, for Zoo-de-Mack weekend. The set up was perfect for us , very comfortable, and plenty of room. The only draw back was the 10 am check out which we thought was a little much, as most hotels , motels andVORB that I have stayed in have 11am or 12 pm check out . All in all it was a great stay🤗

Clean, cozy, and fully equipped.

The condo was loaded with everything you need for your stay from toilet paper to plastic sandwich bags. The pool was nice and within walking distance. The property owner didn’t mention the public beach access to us even when asked about it, so we ended up driving further than we needed to. Other waist, the stay was great. Perhaps a check in binder with basic information would be helpful (garbage location, beach access, internet password, etc.)

Great stay for a family weekend!

We had a wonderful family weekend at this property. The unit was clean and comfortable and a good layout. It was just what we needed. The only thing that would have been nice was a few more dishes. We had ten people and there were exactly ten dishes, so we had to wash everything between every meal. Also, there were only three wine glasses for 6 adults. A few more would have been nice, but we made do. The property managers were very quick to reply and were very accommodating.

Baseball Family Vacay

Communication from property management was clear and concise upon check in and check out. The property was newly painted inside and very clean. The beach area was a short drive or walk and was fantastic, quiet, private, well maintained. The living area was smaller than appeared online. Parking with three vehicles was a bit of an inconvenience, as we had to park in the township hall due to only having two vehicles passes. My understanding is that additional passes can be purchased but this was not advertised well. Unfortunately the recreation area was under construction and we did not get to experience the pool area.

The management team is unbelievably responsive, and addressed every little need. Some of the furniture is not functional and needs to be replaced (dresser in bunk room, wobbly dining chairs). The patio furniture is very lightweight plastic and not very comfortable -- it would improve the renters experience if there were nice chairs to make it more inviting. Would also be nice if there were beach towels to use (There are 2 in a condo that sleeps many people).
