Very nice duplex with large private terrace on the seafront, two minutes from the old town of Palma, on the paseo maritime with impressive views of the old town and the sea. On the ground floor, very nice furnished and equipped kitchen, two living rooms opening onto a terrace, a bathroom. Upstairs, a suite with bathroom overlooking a terrace facing the sea and two other bedrooms. Each with two single beds of 90 * 200 which can be joined. Completely new equipment. One of the bathrooms has a bathtub, otherwise, Italian shower. The suite is equipped with a small desk and a sofa facing the magnificent sea view. The apartment is fully equipped with linen, TV, washing machines, air conditioning. It has indoor parking for two cars. The upper terrace is planted with trees and is also equipped with a table with chairs and a sofa.
