House was a perfect size for our party of 9! Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything needed to cook for a large group. Loved the multiple hang out spaces. Hot tub was nice to return to after hiking in the afternoons. Host was easy to communicate with before and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Stay was good over all. A few minor issues that were more of an annoyance. The wifi kept shutting off for some reason and we would have to reset the router for watching shows or playing games. Also the hot tub was not working which the private hot tub was a big reason we chose this place.a few minor things through the house could use some touching up, especially the tack sticking out of the carpet. Other than that the stay was good and I would consider staying again.

You can't beat the price for the amount of sleeping accommodations. The kitchen came equipped with every dish/cutlery/appliance you might need. We enjoyed our time in this house. There are some aesthetic updates that could be done but ultimately, we were very pleased with our stay.

Beautiful home and perfect location! Everything was very clean and family friendly! We spent every night sitting upstairs on the rooftop patio playing cards or watching movies! Kids enjoyed the private hot tub and mini putting green! It was a nice 30 min drive into Zion national park!

Wonderful stay.

Loved our stay. Lots of space, comfortable beds, decorated so nicely. Especially enjoyed being a short walk from the pool complex. Awesome lazy river, hot tub and cute kids section with water slide.

Perfect Family Getaway w Zion Access

We had a group of 10, ages 6-64, all of us loved the house space, amenities and setup. We hiked Zion daily and enjoyed the pool and hot tub every evening. Highly recommend, this place has several hang out spots for our smaller groups and would stay again.

The perfect space to play and unwind

The property had everything! It was clean and accomdated a large group with ease. There was lots of personal space to get away from others and space to gather and socialize! We would absolutely stay again.

Excellent stay!

We loved this property! Exactly as pictured in the listing, plenty of room, lovely upper level outdoor area with fire pit. The pool area was perfect for our “rest day” and all communications were timely and helpful. I highly recommend!
