I have stayed at Ashford Imperial many times but the first time at this apartment. It was a great apartment but a little on the small side... maybe it was because the bedroom was separated from the rest of the apartment. Communication and check-in was great and the staff members at the lobby desk are awesome! I definitely loved that you could go out onto the balcony from either the bedroom or the living room area. Great place and highly recommend

Second time staying in this apartment. The location is great. Encountered no problems, Zoé maintains this unit well. The condo personnel also rate high, very friendly and helpful, security is tops, elevators work great. Did not use the pool, it looks inviting, lots of lounge chaises and chairs, clean area. Hope this apt. is available for our next visit to PR.

The residence is in a very convenient location. The owner provided very convenient amenities within the condo. The unit is a bit small for two, but perfect for a single individual. Never personally met the owner, and communication is strictly messaging. They responded to every inquiry. The young security guard helped to provide character to the building, as soon as you enter.There were many needs in the condo...very comfortable bed, many essentials, and conveniently located to many restaurants and areas. The laundry facility runs off tokens, which can be an issue if you do not need all of the tokens. Overall, the stay was well above average.

Beautiful property, great location. The host thought of many small details to make the stay comfortable including clothing steamer, laundry pods, etc. Very clean. 24 hour building security was extremely helpful.

This place is absolutely perfect for a couple get-away trip. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was also quite comfortable! We loved the view from our window- it was only 1 street away from the beachfront. Everything you need is within walking distance (grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, beach activities, etc) so you may not need to use a rental car. The check in and check out process had very clear directions, which we also appreciated. The security in this building was excellent- we felt safe and taken care of- the security guards were very friendly and helpful. Practically everyone in this area speaks English, so it was very easy to navigate as an American. We are already planning on coming back to PR and renting this place again! We both rate it 10 out of 10, and very worth the price!

Long weekend stay

The apartment was very clean and perfectly located for our needs. The building was located right in the heart of Condado and was within walking distance to the beach and Santurce. Uber rides to Old San Juan and the airport were cheap. The unit was stocked with everything you would need for a weekend stay including beach items and towels. The bed was super comfortable. We would consider staying here again if we come back to San Juan.

Perfect location!

The unit looked exactly like the pictures! What you couldn’t see were all the extras… beach chairs, a wheeled cooler, all sorts of bathroom supplies, even a sewing kit! The pool was nice with both sunny and shady areas. Very low key.. not like a resort with entertainment. The neighborhood was a little noisy, but it was close to bars, restaurants, shops, and the beach. We walked all all over! We felt safe day and night. I definitely would stay here again :)

Great Place for our PR Getaway

From even before we booked, Zoe was a great host! She answered all questions we had. She even provided us with and online travel guide which guided us through the check-in process. One thing that stood out the most with this accommodation was that it came with a reserved parking spot, so we didn’t have to compete with street parking. Her one bedroom was super accommodating and clean, and had a super comfortable bed. She even had a water filter filled for when we arrived. She has a coffee pot, toaster oven and stove top and a full refrigerator. It’s conveniently located on Ashford Ave, great for down town and close to Senor Baguette for breakfast. Thank you, Zoe for letting us use your place - we had a great time!

Great Stay

We had a great stay. The listing was very accurate. Loved the futon, it was a great size to sleep on. Bed was also very comfortable. The chairs and beach bag were a nice touch, we just rented an umbrella when we got to the beach. Not a ton of options for the tv but we weren’t there to be watching tv anyway. The condo location was perfect, walking distance to tons of food options. I found the property very secure as well. The only thing that could be better was some counter space in the bathroom, and more towels for the stay. There were 2 of us for 4 nights and we only had a total of 4 towels. If you are a light sleeper I would not recommend this unit because the sun comes up very early and is pretty bright even with the curtains shut and the street noise goes on all night along with construction in the morning from nearby properties. And when the AC turns on in the middle of the night it is quite loud. We would definitely stay here again.
