This is my second time staying at this property - it's clean, well-maintained, and private. We like to stay places that allow for flexible sleeping as we are often in town to visit family. And we always look for places with well-stocked kitchens so we can save a bit on eating out. The location is perfect - it's a quick walk to Old Town for cafes or shopping; and the library is just across the street.

Clean, quiet, great location

Our stay was easy — just as it should be. First time to Fort Collins, this apartment was walkable to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and grocery store. It was clean and stayed relatively cool on the days of high 90s. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, close to Old Town, everything we needed

The condo was very clean, had everything we needed for a several day stay in Fort Collins. The check-in process went smoothly, Stacy was very communicative making sure we had no issues or questions, and provided information on local things to do, restaurants, etc. Great location, a few minutes walk to Old Town coffee shops, restaurants, shopping . Horsetooth Reservior and Poudre River Canyon are short drive away for water activities and hiking - we had a wonderful stay.
