It is a great place on a beautiful lake. The grounds were well maintained. The house and hot tub were very clean and welcoming. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed and we enjoyed the pool table. Communication with the host was easy and he responded to my questions quickly. I highly recommend this property and host.

My family had a wonderful stay at Brad's. We were never bored with everything he had there. The lake was very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed kayaking and fishing. Brad was very helpful with any questions we had. Thank you for a great weekend!

I believe this is our 5th year and again it was perfect. The house was clean and well prepared for our arrival. The fishing was great as was the hot tub. The views of the lake and local wildlife were amazing. We are hoping to return again next year.

Our stay in Holmes, NY was exactly what we were hoping for. The house was peaceful, comfortable and perfectly set in a quiet lake. Just what we needed for a relaxing weekend with our daughter. We spent our days enjoying the calm water and our evenings playing pool and ping pong, which made the trip even more fun. The settings felt private and serene and the home had everything we needed to unwind and reconnect. A wonderful spot for anyone looking to slow down and enjoy some quality time with family and friends. We already looked to rebook for the fall colors but we were too late in doing so. Hopefully next year.

We had a fab week at Brad’s house, never straying beyond Patterson because it was so relaxing just being at the house. Highlights were the dock, screened in porch, air con, how homely the place felt, watching fireflies in the evening and swimming/paddling/ja tacking on the lake which was the perfect temperature in July. One for the family memory bank.
