Perfect vacation spot! Waterfront property - located on a canal leading to Little Lagoon. In the heart of Gulf Shores - 3 blocks to Gulf Shores main public beach and The Hangout. Walking distance to popular shopping spots and restaurants. Spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath unit. Primary bedroom with private bathroom and screened porch. Kayaking and fishing from the backyard - bring your kayak or rent one when you arrive!

PLEASE NOTE: This property is a duplex. One or both units may be rented. If one unit is rented, then the other unit will be rented out to another party. Each unit is independent containing a kitchen, living area, 3 br/ 2ba, and private screened porch. This listing is for Unit A. See listing #1876993 for side B.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

* Free guest parking - room to park 3 vehicles on site.
* Amenities include free WiFi, 2 smart tv's, fully equipped kitchen, screened porch, canal front.
* Linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels.
* Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom.

* Check-in is 4 p.m. or later. (no exceptions)
* Check-out by 10 a.m. (you will be charged if you stay in the property later than 10 a.m.)

We were very disappointed in the condition and cleanliness of the property. Bare minimum essentials inside. Dishwasher was very old and not functioning properly. The leather sofa was dirty and my wife spent hours cleaning that along with door jams. The kitchen drawers were all inoperable. Not proper utensils, pots and pans. We brought it to the attention of the owner so hopefully she will upgrade.

Great location. Close to the beach and shopping , you can walk to them in minutes. Was off the main traffic road , so that was awesome. Spacious rooms and clean.

Perfect weekend get away

Loved the house. We had 3 couples and it was plenty of room. So relaxing with the little bay in the back. location was 10/10. Close to the beach, bars, restaurants! I’d stay here every time we come to Gulf shores.

Nice location in gulf shores. Was able to shops and beach.. only complaints were walls are thin so any noise was heard.
