Magnificent new, modern, comfortable apartment 10 min from the center of Paris

Very nice apartment completely renovated. The latter has been decorated and arranged by an interior designer with a modern and elegant touch. Well located, 1 minute from the metro (line 6 or 8), it allows access in 10 minutes maximum to the main attractions of the capital. The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator / freezer, hotplates, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine (washer dryer). We provide household linen (towels, sheets, tea towel, shower mat ...) as well as a kitchen base (salt, pepper, oil ...). You have at your disposal Internet in wifi and a large flat screen TV. The apartment is arranged as follows:
-1 living room with very comfortable corduroy sofa. This sofa offers an independent bed. It is equipped with a real comfortable mattress 24 cm thick, intended for daily sleeping.
-1 bedroom with a very comfortable double bed (high quality mattress), bedside tables, bed lights and many very practical storage spaces! -1 bathroom with a large shower, mirror and storage
-1 WC
On request, we can provide you with a baby bed.
This charming apartment has been nicely decorated in the style of a grand Parisian hotel suite. The apartment is very functional, you will find everything you need during your stay. It is quiet, comfortable and accessible without stairs. The area is typically Parisian: bakeries, cafes, bars, terraces and restaurants/brasseries with different menus and specialties every day. Safe and quiet, in this area, you will find a large supermarket nearby and 2 minutes from the apartment, every 2 days, a market with fresh, traditional and quality products from all over France. 1 minute away, you will discover the Coulée Verte. This is a magnificent 4 km flower park that crosses Paris to the Place de la Bastille; a beautiful and peaceful walk. This is right next to our apartment! There is also a bicycle parking, if necessary, you can also rent bicycles, freely and at any time. It is very nice if you want to visit Paris by bike.
For your comfort, we can also offer you a private driver service to accompany you from the train station or the airport to the apartment!
